CSK – Indian Street Food is hiring a dedicated and experienced Full time Line Cook to join our team in downtown Toronto.

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual who can handle a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency, and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook Indian street food items according to restaurant recipes and standards.
- Handle daily food preparation, cooking, plating, and packaging.
- Manage dine-in, takeout, and online delivery orders efficiently.
- Maintain consistent food quality, portion sizes, and presentation.
- Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
- Keep kitchen stations clean, organized, and properly stocked.
- Assist with inventory, preparation, and closing duties.
- Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy service hours.

Qualifications





- Previous line cook or commercial kitchen experience preferred.
- Experience preparing Indian food, chaat, or Indian street food is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced kitchen.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
- Reliable, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
