Kitchen Staff at R.L. Graham Child Care Centre
- Location: 70 Biscayne Blvd, Keswick, ON L4P 3M8
- Start Date: October 26, 2026
- Salary: $20.40/hour
- Hours of Work: 10 hours per week

Responsibilities and Duties
- Keep the menu board current noting any food substitutions or menu changes
- Ensure that the dietary allergy/restriction lists are followed and substitutions are cross referenced
- Maintain a temperature log for delivered food and the appliances
- Ongoing inventory of menu items, quality of food delivered, quantities ordered/delivered and documenting information
- Keep the kitchen safe, clean, sanitized and in well-order on a daily basis
- Maintain the safe and clean operation of all kitchen equipment and the kitchen environment
Skills and Qualifications
- Secondary School diploma or approved equivalent.
- Recent Vulnerable Sector Check
- A valid Standard First Aid/CPR Certificate
- Up to date immunizations
- Current and up-to-date Food Handling and WHIMIS Certificate.
- Familiar with the CCEYA and knowledgeable of local Public Health guidelines based on regulations applying to the kitchen and food preparation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift and/or assist with the moving of supplies or equipment up to 40 lbs
