We provide a structured work setting, company vehicle, fuel, cleaning supplies, equipment, paid training and paid shift travel - so you can focus on doing great work!

What you can expect:

- $17.50/hr starting wage + $250 Bonus after 90 days
- Annual pay increase + opportunity for quick advancement into Team Lead & Training roles that pay more!
- Eligible to participate in the $100 bi-weekly performance bonus program after 30 days.
- All time paid at the same rate, including training period and daily shift travel.

- All cleaning equipment, tools + supplies provided.No doing laundry at home on your own time! Signature Cleaning Services invests in high quality, professional grade equipment, tools and supplies for best results - all supplies refilled daily so you always have what you need.
- Reliable Full-time weekday, daytime schedule.



Mon-Fri 8:00 am start, available to work until 5:30pm - minimum 32 hours/week.

Qualifications:

- Valid MB Class 5F Driver's license.
- Able to pass a criminal background check.
- Dependable, punctual, and comfortable with active, physical work.
- Strong organizational skills and time management abilities.
- Can follow a proven cleaning system and receive feedback constructively.
- A friendly attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Communicate professionally and interact positively with clients, team members and pets.

Pay: From $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
