About Us

Mr. Noodle Chen specializes in authentic Lanzhou hand-pulled beef noodles and Northwest Chinese cuisine.

We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our growing Front of House team. We value teamwork, efficiency, accountability, and genuine hospitality.

Responsibilities

- Welcome guests, manage seating, and assist with waitlist operations.
- Guide guests through our menu and QR code ordering system.
- Answer questions about menu items, noodle options, allergies, and special requests.
- Deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor tables, anticipate guest needs, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Process payments and handle cash accurately.
- Clear, sanitize, and reset tables promptly.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and teammates.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and involve a supervisor when needed.
- Complete opening, closing, and daily side duties.
- Cross-train and rotate between Server, Host, and Expo positions.

Qualifications

- Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is required.




- Good English communication skills are required.
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred; training will be provided.
- Full-time availability is preferred.
- Reliable, punctual, responsible, and guest-focused.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and willing to support teammates.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Willing to learn and cross-train across FOH positions.
