Overview

- We are seeking a dependable Boat Delivery Driver to transport boats safely and professionally between our facility, customers, marinas, and other designated locations.
- This hands-on role combines safe vehicle and trailer operation with boat preparation, basic inspection, and customer service.
- Training on company procedures and equipment will be provided.

Duties

- Tow and deliver boats using an appropriate vehicle and trailer, following traffic laws and secure-driving practices.
- Inspect boats, trailers, tie-downs, lights, tires, and related equipment before and after each trip.
- Assist with loading, unloading, launching, and retrieving boats as needed.
- Perform basic boat and trailer checks and report damage, maintenance needs, or safety concerns.
- Apply safe rigging practices when securing boats and preparing them for transport.
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members about delivery timing, handoffs, and basic delivery questions.
- Complete delivery records and follow company procedures for vehicle, trailer, and boat care.




- Keep vehicles and equipment clean, organized, and ready for use.

Requirements

- Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record; ability to meet applicable requirements for towing and operating company vehicles.
- Experience towing trailers or transporting boats is preferred.
- Familiarity with rigging, tie-downs, and trailer safety is preferred.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and the ability to recognize potential equipment issues are an asset.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with a courteous and dependable approach.
- Ability to follow safety procedures, work outdoors in varying conditions, and assist with physical tasks such as securing equipment and handling boat-related gear.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while coordinating with the team.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
