Medalma is a private, physician-led virtual clinic specializing in hormone and metabolic care. We are seeking a bilingual physician to provide virtual care to patients in Québec and/or Ontario. Our practice emphasizes personalized, evidence-based care, supported by transparent clinical protocols and dedicated nursing and administrative staff.

Schedule: starting at 4–8 hours per week, with the option to increase hours

Key responsibilities

You will see patients by virtual consultation, in French and English. The role includes the clinical follow-up that comes with your patients, such as reviewing results and following up on lab tests.

- Conduct initial assessments and follow-up visits for patients seeking hormone and metabolic care
- Order laboratory investigations, review results and follow up with patients in a timely way
- Prescribe, adjust and monitor treatment according to current evidence and Medalma’s clinical protocols
- Counsel patients on options, risks and lifestyle measures, and support shared decision-making
- Keep complete, timely records in our electronic medical record
- Work with our nursing and administrative team,



and coordinate with other providers when needed

Qualifications

Required

- Licence to practise medicine in Québec (Collège des médecins du Québec), in good standing
- Fluent in French and English, spoken and written
- Experience in hormone and metabolic care, such as menopause and perimenopause, testosterone therapy, or weight and metabolic health
- Comfortable practising virtually and working in an electronic medical record
- Professional liability coverage (CMPA or equivalent)

Assets

- Licence to practise in Ontario (CPSO)
- Additional training or certification in menopause, obesity or metabolic medicine
- Experience in virtual or private practice
