Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Apprentice Saw Technician / Stone Machine Operator to join our production team. If you are detail oriented, enjoy working with your hands, and want to learn a highly specialized trade, this is the perfect opportunity.
This is an apprentice type role where we will provide comprehensive, hands on training to teach you our machinery and processes. While some previous experience in stone fabrication or machine operation is strongly preferred, we are prepared to train the right candidate who brings a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.

Core Responsibilities:

- Operate the Bridge Saw to cut and mill stone according to project specifications.
- Set up and run the Micra CNC machine for precise fabrication work (no programming required).
- Operate the flat polisher.
- Inspect materials before and after processing to ensure strict quality standards are met.
- Perform routine maintenance and keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.

What We Are Looking For:

- Experience preferred in stone fabrication, construction, or manufacturing machine operation (but not required).




- Strong mathematical and measuring skills with high attention to absolute precision.
- Physical stamina to handle heavy materials and stand for extended periods in a shop environment.
- A growth mindset with a strong willingness to accept feedback and master new technical skills.
- Reliability and teamwork to keep shop production flowing smoothly.
