We are seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our team as a Kitchen Help and Store Front Deli Associate. This role involves assisting with food preparation, customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized deli environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, excellent customer interaction skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities

- Assist with food preparation, including slicing, assembling, and packaging deli items
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for processing transactions accurately
- Handle cash and perform cashiering duties with attention to detail and accuracy
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service, addressing customer inquiries and upselling products when appropriate
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and front-of-store areas
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed in compliance with food safety regulations
- Restock supplies, organize products,



and keep the store front tidy and inviting
- Manage time effectively to ensure smooth operation during busy hours
- Support team members with additional tasks as needed to ensure excellent service delivery

Experience

- Prior food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Experience in cashiering, cash handling, or serving enhances suitability for this role
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is advantageous
- Basic math skills are necessary for transactions and inventory management
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell products effectively
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous kitchen or food industry experience is beneficial but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
