Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Officer to support customers, resolve inquiries, and help deliver a positive experience across service channels. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, demonstrates strong phone etiquette, and can balance accurate administrative work with thoughtful problem-solving. Bilingual or multilingual candidates—especially those fluent in English, punjabi and hindi —are encouraged to apply.

Duties

- Respond to customer questions and service requests by phone and through other available channels.
- Listen carefully, identify customer needs, and provide clear, accurate information or route complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Maintain professional customer service standards and courteous phone etiquette in every interaction.
- Enter, update, and verify customer information and service records using data entry systems.
- Use analysis skills to review customer concerns, identify patterns, and support effective resolutions.
- Explain relevant products or services and, when appropriate,



use consultative sales and upselling techniques that align with customer needs.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and colleagues, adapting communication to different needs and language preferences.
- Follow established procedures for documentation, privacy, and service quality.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills, active listening, and a customer-first approach.
- Qualified spoken and written English.
- Bilingual English ability is preferred; additional multilingual skills are an asset.
- Accurate data entry skills and comfort using computers and customer service systems.
- Sound judgment, attention to detail, and practical analysis skills.
- Confidence handling customer conversations and an interest in service-oriented sales or appropriate upselling.
- Reliability, patience, and the ability to remain professional while managing multiple inquiries.

Pay: $17.60-$31.86 per hour
