Latitude 55 Distillery is looking for a part time experienced cook for our cocktail lounge and tasting room.

Your role as cook will be to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and effectively while promoting food safety and producing exceptional food.

Duties and responsibilities for the cook include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Maintaining cleanliness and order, and ensuring the workplace is compliant with AHS safety standards.
- Preparing food according to customer preference
- Training staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of foods
- Monitoring and managing cooking tools and ingredients
- Making adjustments to accommodate clients with specific diet and health concerns
- Setting up the work stations
- Working independently with little or no supervision




- Making food items/recipes according to set specifications
- Communicating with front of house staff
- Maintaining consistency in all aspects of your duties

Experience required.

Must be available to work Wednesday through Saturday evenings. Hours may vary seasonally.

Competitive wage, plus tips paid out weekly.

Pay: $17.50-$20.00 per hour
