Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and qualified Bartender/Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by preparing and serving beverages and food, ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. Responsibilities

- Take orders accurately from customers for drinks and food, ensuring timely service
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and safety guidelines
- Serve food items promptly and professionally, maintaining high standards of presentation
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and payment processing
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy and integrity
- Maintain cleanliness of bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and accommodating special requests
- Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with legal regulations




- Assist in setting up tables, cleaning up after shifts, and restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy hours

Qualifications

- Previous experience in restaurant or food service industry preferred; experience in bartending or serving is highly desirable
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and orders efficiently
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating bills accurately
- Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Pay: $15.70-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
