About Us

SRS Care is hiring compassionate and reliable Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to join our growing home care team in Toronto West from Parkdale to 401- Etobicoke North and South- Mississauga South of 401 all the way down to Lakeshore and 9th line to Ford Drive (Halton region border)

We provide high-quality in-home support to seniors and adults who require assistance with personal care, companionship, dementia support, and daily living activities. We are looking for caring professionals who are committed to delivering safe, respectful, and client-focused care.

Job Type

- Flexible scheduling available

Pay

$20.40–$30.00 per hour depending on experience, performance, and level within our PSW progression program.

Premium Pay Available:

- Weekend premium: +$3/hour
- Holiday premium: +$8–$12/hour
- Overnight shifts available

Responsibilities

- Assist clients with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Support mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Monitor client wellbeing and report changes to coordinators
- Maintain accurate care notes and documentation




- Follow care plans and safety procedures
- Support clients with dementia, palliative, or complex care needs when required

Requirements

- PSW Certificate from a recognized Ontario program
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle is required
- Valid CPR/First Aid Certification
- Police Vulnerable Sector Check
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Reliable, professional, and compassionate attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous home care experience is an asset

Preferred Qualities

We value team members who demonstrate punctuality and professionalism, provide excellent client care, communicate respectfully with families and coordinators, maintain strong documentation practices, and are committed to continuous growth. RPN/RN first year students considered. Languages spoken are desirable, particularly Ukrainian, Polish, Italian, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Mandarin or Filipino.
