We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Contractor to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of our commercial facilities. Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Conduct routine sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met across the facility
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning as needed
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability
- Assist with minor facilities maintenance tasks like changing light bulbs or reporting larger repair needs to management
- Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or hazards




- Collaborate with facility management to schedule cleaning routines that minimize disruption to daily operations

Requirements

- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable transportation or access to the work site during scheduled hours
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment in accordance with health regulations

Pay: $20.00-$30.25 per hour
