Lead DHL Supply Chain warehouse operations overnight, applying process improvement and team leadership from Sunday through Thursday.
As an Operations Manager II, you will guide Supervisors and indirect reports while strengthening warehouse productivity and safety. You will develop workflows, labor plans, standardized processes, and best practices. The position also supports KPI reporting, customer orders, hiring, and customer satisfaction across DHL Supply Chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and develop Supervisors and indirect reports

- Uphold health and safety compliance across warehouse operations
- Compile productivity and accuracy KPI reports
- Partner with customers to address concerns and issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- At least one year of logistics industry experience
- At least two years of supervisory or management experience
- Experience with P&L; management preferred
- Experience with objective setting and project management preferred
