As Manager, Branch Oversight and Client Services, you support Scotiatrust’s National Office team and business strategies. You oversee account management, policy adherence, and regulatory compliance across branches. Your work includes risk-based monitoring, testing, reporting, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Champion client-focused culture and deepen client relationships
- Execute reporting and oversight for operational risk
- Create queries and reports supporting regional branch oversight
- Monitor fiduciary and agency account risk controls




- Coach teams on risk, regulations, and audit readiness

Requirements:

- Post-secondary degree or diploma preferred
- Extensive Estate and Trust industry experience
- Knowledge of branch regulations, policies, and operations
- Knowledge of Privacy, AML/ATF, and Know Your Client requirements
- Comfort using Microsoft Word, Excel, OneNote, and PowerPoint
