Lead renewable energy operations from Enbridge’s Calgary Remote Operations Centre using SCADA expertise and strong control room leadership. Guide real-time decisions supporting safe, reliable, compliant asset performance.

As Team Lead, you will support ROC Controllers and act as the escalation point for complex or abnormal events. The work requires renewable generation knowledge, grid reliability expertise, alarm management, and explicit stakeholder communication. You will help maintain dependable operations across Enbridge’s evolving renewable energy portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead ROC Controllers through daily renewable generation operations
- Manage high-risk, non-routine control room scenarios
- Prioritize responses to alarms, outages, and grid instructions
- Maintain NERC, ISO/RTO,



and internal procedure compliance
- Improve control room procedures, tools, and operational practices

Requirements:

- Degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in a related field
- At least five years in similar operational work
- Experience in 24/7 control room or renewable operations
- SCADA, alarm management, and performance monitoring expertise
- Knowledge of power systems, renewable technologies, and grid operations
