The ServiceNow Technical Lead oversees scalable solutions and technical excellence for CAAT’s Information Technology team. This role leads developers, translates business requirements into platform capabilities, and guides end-to-end implementations. Responsibilities span ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and App Engine.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own ServiceNow projects from requirements gathering through deployment
- Architect and configure ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and App Engine
- Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations
- Guide developers and oversee team deliverables
- Drive upgrades, feature adoption, automation, and optimization

Requirements:

- College diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Five to seven years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification required
- Knowledge of ITIL, Agile/Scrum, and enterprise service management
- Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and scripting
