Northern Gateway Public Schools seeks a qualified Mental Health Qualified for its Integrated School Support Program. You will provide consultation, brief interventions, individual and group support, and therapeutic programming within your professional scope. The work strengthens student wellness through early identification, prevention, classroom support, and coordinated care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide assessment, consultation, interventions, and therapeutic programming
- Identify learning, emotional, behavioural, social, and mental health concerns
- Manage individualized student caseloads and prevention activities




- Support students and teachers during classroom and unstructured times
- Coordinate pathways with professionals, agencies, staff, and caregivers

Requirements:

- Active RSW or Registered Counsellor registration and licensure
- Expertise in child development and trauma-informed practices
- Knowledge of emotional regulation and evidence-based therapeutic modalities
- Strong communication, crisis intervention, and organizational abilities
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and community agencies
