Electrical maintenance expertise supports AbbVie’s automated pharmaceutical operations across manufacturing, filling, packaging, plastics, and plant support areas. The position follows set shift patterns.

As an Electrician, you will perform planned and unplanned maintenance within a multidisciplinary team. The work includes troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and automation systems. You will apply PLCs, HMI, robotics, SCADA, and Root Cause Analysis techniques to maintain equipment standards and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform planned and unplanned equipment maintenance
- Troubleshoot automated and batch manufacturing equipment
- Support equipment projects from design through installation




- Complete downtime notifications and corrective action records in Maximo
- Assist with on-call duties and vendor coordination

Requirements:

- Minimum two years’ pharmaceutical maintenance experience
- National Craft Senior Trades Electrical qualification
- Experience with PLCs, HMI, robotics, and SCADA
- Proficiency managing tasks and spare parts in Maximo
- Willingness to work shifts and travel to vendors
