The Operations Supervisor assists management of a major shopping centre while coordinating staff, contractors, consultants, architects, and suppliers. Responsibilities include budgets, maintenance, construction oversight, purchasing, reporting, safety, and physical operations programs. You will also supervise loading dock, waste management, and central stores activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct staff activities and coordinate department goal delivery
- Schedule maintenance assignments and oversee timely completion
- Supervise external contractors and construction against standards
- Support operating expense and capital budget preparation
- Maintain safety, security, and physical operations programs
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent education
- Building Environmental Systems diploma
- Stationary Engineer Fourth Class, SMA, or BES II
- Five years physical operations management experience
- Two years supervisory experience, preferably in property operations
