Deliver patient-focused hemodialysis nursing care with William Osler Health System in a permanent part-time position covering days and evenings.

The Registered Nurse provides safe care within an inter-professional team and follows Osler, College of Nurses, and legislative requirements. Practice includes assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, patient teaching, infection prevention, and emergency response. The position serves patients in hemodialysis while supporting physiological and psychological well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Provide compassionate, professional, patient-centred nursing care
- Practice infection control and prevention measures
- Respond to changes in patient health status




- Provide health teaching and discharge instructions

Requirements:

- Current College of Nurses of Ontario registration in good standing
- Two years of acute care experience within the last five years
- Hemodialysis experience or Nephrology certificate or enrollment proof
- Ontario Renal Network vascular access modules completed and applied
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification and excellent assessment skills
