This Building Engineer supports Engineering and Technical Services through equipment and systems maintenance. The work covers mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire, life safety, control, HVAC, and building systems. You will support preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, inspections, energy management, and safe operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and repair mechanical, plumbing, structural, and control systems
- Inspect fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing equipment
- Support preventive maintenance and complete emergency repairs
- Maintain energy management and productive system operation
- Store, use, and dispose of hazardous materials safely

Requirements:

- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma
- Four to five years of job-related experience
- Universal CFC certification preferred
- Microsoft Office knowledge, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to lift or carry loads of 50 pounds or more
