Promote Stryker Sage Products in the field while applying customer service and consultative problem-solving skills with hospital clinicians.

As an Associate Sales Representative, you will support sales growth and patient outcomes through product knowledge, customer relationships, communication, and training. You will work with nurses, clinicians, hospital staff, and Sales Representatives across a defined territory. The position requires regular travel to customer facilities and company activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote Stryker Sage Products to nurses and clinicians
- Develop customer relationships and provide excellent service
- Support Sales Representatives in achieving quotas
- Participate in product implementation and post-sales training
- Coordinate deliveries, repairs, and customer problem-solving

Requirements:

- University degree and one or more years of experience
- Nursing or health-related degree preferred
- Outside sales experience preferred
- Hospital or clinical setting experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and travel availability required
