Lead enterprise load balancing and network security architecture at Enbridge, working across internet-facing environments, firewalls, and Azure Front Door platforms. This regular full time position includes on-call participation.

As a Network and Perimeter Security IT Specialist I, you will provide technical leadership across load balancing and security platforms. Your work spans Citrix Netscalers, F5 BigIP, Azure Front Door, IPS, WAF, PKI, DNS, and cloud security. You will guide secure designs, operational resilience, and enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Govern enterprise network security architecture, standards, and control frameworks
- Lead security design for cloud transformations and critical infrastructure
- Advise on network security risk, compliance, and audit readiness
- Manage load balancer infrastructure, upgrades, patching,



and integration
- Support business continuity, disaster recovery, and on-call operations

Requirements:

- University degree or technical diploma with six-plus years’ experience
- Expertise with Citrix Netscalers, F5 BigIP, and Azure Front Door
- Knowledge of firewalls, IPS, WAF, PKI, DNS, and encryption
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, OSI model, and secure application design
- UNIX, Bash, Python, compliance, documentation, and communication skills
