As an Operations Manager, you will oversee the Changeover lifecycle from Dealer announcement through Finalization. You will lead Dealer Changeover Consultants, support Dealers, and manage multi-million-dollar transactions. The work includes process improvement, policy implementation, cross-functional coordination, and long-term operational planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Dealer Changeover Consultants through the national process
- Oversee multi-million-dollar asset and inventory transfers
- Mediate unresolved transaction matters under Changeover policy




- Coordinate schedules with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
- Manage team development, budgets, and operational effectiveness

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of team leadership experience
- Experience designing processes and implementing change management
- Solid mediation, communication, coaching, and mentoring abilities
- Microsoft Office knowledge, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Canada
