Support engineering change execution at L3Harris WESCAM in Waterdown, Ontario, using PLM systems and configuration management knowledge. Build accurate product data structures.
This associate-level position supports engineering design teams with Engineering Change Requests and Change Orders. You will prepare Bills of Materials, maintain PLM and ERP data, and coordinate releases across Engineering, Operations, Configuration Management, and Program Management. The work supports sustaining and current product introduction changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute sustaining and NPI engineering changes
- Review changes for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Build and maintain BOM structures and configurations
- Participate in Technical Review Board meetings
- Resolve engineering change and product configuration issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with zero to two years’ related experience
- Working knowledge of PLM, PDM, and ERP systems
- Understanding of configuration management principles and standards
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and documentation
- Eligibility for Controlled Goods registration and security clearance
