Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Counter Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong warehouse experience, have great communication and interpersonal skills to ensure efficient order fulfillment and sales support.
Shift: Days 7:30am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday
Compensation: $21
Duties
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products, providing product knowledge and recommendations
- Load the delivery truck
- Manage order picking, packaging, and processing for shipping & receiving operations
- Support warehouse distribution activities, including order fulfillment and inventory management
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements and assist with cycle counts or audits
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work setting
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of warehouse/forklift experience.
- 3rd Party Forklift Certificate
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Proven ability to prioritize and work well under pressure
