Headline: Tea Artist / Tea Curator – Reimagining the Ritual in Montreal

Plentea isn't your average tea bar. It's a sensory escape—and we're on the hunt for the creative force to bring it to life behind the counter.

We craft experiences, not just drinks. Through relentless sourcing standards and inventive brewing methods, we're changing the tea scene in Montreal. If every cup feels like a canvas to you, and every guest feels like an opportunity to leave an impression, read on.

The Role

This goes beyond your standard barista position. You'll dive deep into our signature approach to blending, creating bold specialty teas and aromatic lattes with a mix of technical skill and genuine passion.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

- The Technique – Prepare specialty drinks with unwavering attention to skill and presentation.
- The Narrative – Bring our tea philosophy to life through engaging, easy-to-understand stories for each guest.
- The Atmosphere – Keep the space feeling like a retreat, not just a quick stop.

- The Experience – Provide attentive, personal service from the moment someone walks in to their last sip.

What We're Looking For:

- 2+ years working in a busy café or bar setting — you're comfortable working efficiently alongside a team.
- A perfectionist's eye for detail. You don't settle for "close enough."
- Strong interpersonal instincts — you can gauge a guest's mood, build genuine rapport, and share knowledge without talking down to anyone.
- Food Handlers Certification is a plus.
