We want to welcome an energetic skilled who is eager to grow in the automotive industry. We are looking for an Automotive Receptionist / Service Advisor. Within this position you will be our primary point of contact for our customers seeking vehicle maintenance & repairs. You will help guide customers through service options, ensuring their needs are met efficiently & recommend repairs needed to maintain vehicle longevity. We are looking for someone who thrives in a high pace environment, & has a passion for cars, & performance. Willing to train a promising candidate.

Duties:

- Greet customers warmly & understand their vehicle concerns & service needs
- Explain repair recommendations clearly, providing detailed information about their required services
- Coordinate with the technicians to prioritize repairs & ensure timely completion of repairs
- Provide additional information about other services or maintenance to customers to enhance customers vehicle longevity &/or safety
- Handle daily cash transactions accurately, including invoices & processing payments




- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, services performed & follow-up appointments required
- Follow-up with customers post service to ensure customer satisfaction & foster long-term relationships
- Process & manage warranty claims, coordinate paperwork with the appropriate vendor, & process reimbursements
- Answer phones & book customers accordingly
- Maintain vendor relationships

Skills:

- Experience &/or familiarity with the automotive industry, is a benefit, not required
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to explain services tactfully while prioritizing customer needs
- Effective cash handling skills with attention to accuracy
- Exceptional communication skills to explain technical details clearly & confidently
- Confidently use a computer, including the ability to navigate online booking systems, manage appointments & learn new shop management software

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 per week
