Our Dartmouth facility supports a wide range of clients with daily deliveries, part picking, and technical service calls.

We are seeking a Delivery Driver (Owner‑Operator, Class 5) to join our Dartmouth team. This role combines delivery work with POS terminal swap calls, where you will visit businesses, follow a step‑by‑step instruction packet, and replace defective payment terminals. This requires strong reading comprehension, patience, and professionalism, as swaps are performed during business hours.

This is a broker position and work is assigned on an as‑needed basis as orders are received. Calls are not scheduled in advance — dispatch reaches out when customer requests come in. Occasional after‑hours work is also required for urgent part picking, deliveries, or swap calls.

What You’ll Do

- Complete delivery routes throughout HRM and surrounding areas, including out‑of‑town drives when required
- Perform POS terminal swap calls using a detailed instruction packet
- Communicate clearly with customers and maintain a calm, professional demeanor
- Maintain accurate documentation for all deliveries and swap calls
- Work closely with dispatch to ensure timely service
- Represent Focus Logistics with professionalism, reliability, and solid customer service

What You Need





- Class 5 licence with a clean driving record
- Owner‑operator with your own delivery‑suitable vehicle (mini‑van strongly preferred)
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Strong reading comprehension and ability to follow step‑by‑step instructions
- Patience and professionalism when dealing with busy or frustrated customers
- Comfortable working independently and responding to calls as they arise
- Clean criminal record check
- Living within 20–25 minutes of 1 Gurholt Drive, Dartmouth (time‑sensitive calls)
- Willingness to support after‑hours work

- Warehouse procedures
- Support contacts and troubleshooting steps
