Required Experience and Qualifications

- Tool & Die Maker trade certificate or 5–10 years of experience building new metal stamping dies
- Ability to independently develop, build, and troubleshoot metal stamping dies
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, GD&T;, and engineering specifications
- Experience troubleshooting and developing dies in a production press environment




- Excellent critical-thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Willingness to work overtime when required

Key Responsibilities

- Determine die process sequences based on customer requirements, part prints, and engineering specifications
- Build, assemble, fit, and develop new metal stamping dies
- Troubleshoot and resolve tooling issues during die development and production press trials
- Identify opportunities to improve die performance, part quality, and production efficiency
- Perform conventional machining operations when required
- Work collaboratively with toolmakers, machinists, engineers, and other team members to meet project requirements
- Maintain a protected, clean, and organized work environment
- Follow established quality procedures and workplace safety practices
- Perform other related duties as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00-$39.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
