Precise ParkLink manages thousands of parking lots on behalf of hundreds of property owners. They supply cutting-edge technology and services to thousands of clients in the healthcare, municipal, commercial, institutional, and private sectors.

Seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to assist with concrete and asphalt projects. Work includes site prep, material handling, and supporting skilled trades on active sites. Ideal for someone comfortable with physical outdoor work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities/Tasks:

Assist with concrete work:

- Forming, pouring, leveling, and finishing support

- Mixing and handling concrete materials

Assist with asphalt work:

- Raking, shoveling, and spreading asphalt

- Assisting with compaction and base preparation

Site preparation:

Excavation, grading, and base installation (Granular A, uushed stone, etc.)

Operate equipment as required:

Skid steer (Bobcat)

Mini excavator/ excavator

Load/unload materials, tools, and equipment

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Follow all health and safety procedures





Support crew leads, operators and foremen as required

Requirements

- Valid G Class Driver's License (Mandatory)
- Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, long hours)
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability (punctual, consistent attendance)
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Assets (Preferred but Not Required):

D or DZ License (strong asset)

Experience operating:

Skid steer (Bobcat)

Excavator / mini excavator

Experience in concrete, asphalt, or general construction

Health & Safety certifications (WHMIS, Working at Heights, etc.)
