Our client is seeking a dynamic Retirement Living Sales Consultant to join their team. In this rewarding role, you will guide prospective residents through the journey of choosing their recent home, acting as a trusted advisor while driving community occupancy and growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Pipeline Management: Lead inquiries from initial contact through creative follow-ups, personalized discovery, community tours, and successful move-in agreements. Community

Outreach: Proactively build and maintain strategic networks with local healthcare professionals, seniors' organizations, and local referral partners.

Data & CRM Tracking: Maintain meticulous, accurate records of all prospect interactions and sales activities using our industry CRM (Yardi).

Events & Marketing: Plan and host on-site community tours, open houses, and seasonal events to build community awareness and generate fresh leads.

Team Collaboration:



Partner closely with the General Manager and operational teams to ensure a welcoming environment and flawless onboarding experience for new residents.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven success in retirement living sales, relationship-focused business development.

Education: Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent real-world experience).

Core Competencies: Exceptional active listening, deep empathy, polished communication skills, and a genuine passion for serving seniors.

Technical Proficiency: Comfort managing modern CRM systems, professional email platforms, and daily digital workflow tools.

Logistics: Valid Ontario driver's license and a reliable vehicle for local business travel; flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for community events.
