DISPATCHERS WANTED for local Courier company. We specialize in providing our customers with the highest level of service. We are looking for a team member that is customer service oriented, well mannered, skilled and detail oriented. We are looking for serious individuals willing and able to maintain our high level of service.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take incoming calls for orders.
- Handle inquiries from the public.
- Coordinate and dispatch multiple drivers.
- Administrative and clerical duties.
- Other duties as required.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
- Computer proficient.
- Strong organization, problem-solving and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills (in person, via telephone, via email).
- Excellent spoken and written command of the English language.
- Able to multitask and prioritize.
- Able to handle a fast paced environment and work well under pressure.
