About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD & 2D/3D Design Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate technical drawings, 2D plans, and 3D models for residential and commercial projects. The candidate must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

- Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and related design software
- You will work closely with clients, engineers, and project managers to develop high-quality design solutions.

Requirements

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other 2D/3D design software
- Strong understanding of technical drafting and construction drawings
- Experience in residential and commercial design projects preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Construction project management

Preferred Skills





- Knowledge of Ontario Building Code
- Experience with permit drawings and zoning requirements
- Rendering and visualization skills are an asset
