Olympia Transportation is looking for a driven, confident, and results-oriented Transportation Sales Representative to join our growing team!

We are seeking a motivated sales professional who knows how to build strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and turn prospects into long-term clients. Experience in transportation, trucking, freight, or logistics is an asset, but above all, we're looking for someone with a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and the determination to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate New Business: Proactively identify, contact, and develop new customers to expand our client base.
- Build Lasting Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Drive Sales Growth: Identify opportunities, develop sales strategies, and convert leads into profitable business.
- Prepare & Follow Up on Quotes: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, prepare competitive transportation quotes, and follow up to secure business.
- Deliver Transportation Solutions: Understand customer needs and provide reliable, efficient, and cost-effective transportation services.
- Work as a Team: Collaborate closely with our operations team to ensure smooth shipments and exceptional customer service.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Take ownership of your sales pipeline, meet performance goals, and contribute directly to company growth.





What We're Looking For

- A confident communicator with robust negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- A self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and business development.
- Someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities.
- Previous sales, freight brokerage, trucking, or logistics experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of transportation services, freight rates, and logistics operations is an asset.
