We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas following established protocols.
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies effectively to ensure efficient operations.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper as needed.
- Follow safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Adhere to company policies regarding cleanliness standards and sanitation procedures.
Requirements
- Previous custodial or commercial cleaning experience is highly desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for qualified candidates.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting up to 40 pounds, and walking throughout the facility.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours if required, with a focus on maintaining a clean environment efficiently and effectively.
