Responsibilities:

- Perform professional massage therapy sessions for clients

- Assess clients' needs and create personalized treatment plans

- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their comfort and satisfaction

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards

Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent customer service skills

- Knowledge of various massage techniques and modalities

- Additional modalities such as Hot Stone Therapy, Cupping, Reflexology & Thai Massage would be considered an asset.

- Ability to adapt and customize treatments based on client preferences and needs

- Attention to detail and ability to provide a high level of care and professionalism

Compensation:

- Commission based on % split, plus tips and product sales commission

Requirements:

- All therapists must be in valuable standing with their association and have a minimum 2200-hour diploma.

- Must have a Massage Practitioner license
