As a Quantity Surveyor within Property Services, you will manage costs, review quoted works, valuations, variations, and supporting evidence. You will provide financial insight that keeps services compliant and focused on value for money. The work includes advising colleagues and contractors on construction contracts, schedules of rates, risk, and procurement activity.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- HNC, HND, degree, or equivalent Quantity Surveying qualification

- Understanding of responsive repairs, voids, maintenance, and health and safety
- Full UK driving licence and vehicle access
