Ridge Meadows Hospital in Maple Ridge, BC, a Fraser Health Authority facility, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator. You’ll supervise nursing staff, manage admissions and patient flow, and lead care-planning conferences to ensure efficient, safe patient care within a energetic clinical team.

You will contribute to quality improvement, mentor staff, and collaborate across disciplines in a supportive, community-focused hospital setting under a new collective agreement offering flexible scheduling.
