Warehouse Associate / Order Picker

Position Overview

A well-established horticultural distribution company is expanding its operations with a new warehouse in Pitt Meadows, BC, and is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Warehouse Associate / Order Picker to join its team.

The successful candidate will support daily warehouse and distribution operations, including order picking, inventory management, material handling, and assistance with liquid production line operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately according to pick tickets.
- Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently.
- Receive, move, organize, and store products in designated warehouse locations.
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain proper stock rotation.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including power pallet jacks and forklifts, as required.
- Follow established workplace safety procedures and operational guidelines.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.
- Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of one year of warehouse experience.
- Minimum of one year of experience operating a power pallet jack.
- Forklift operating experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and other physically demanding tasks.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
- Knowledge of packaging procedures and distribution processes.




- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Basic English communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation and benefits will depend on the employer and may include:

Work Schedule

- Full time employment.
- Workdays may include Monday through Sunday, depending on operational requirements.
- Available scheduling options include five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts.
- On-site work at the company's warehouse in Pitt Meadows, BC.
