What You Will Do

- Prepare and cook menu items according to JAPADOG standards
- Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and food safety
- Assist with inventory, stocking, and food preparation
- Deliver friendly and efficient customer service




- Coordinate with teammates to support smooth daily operations
- Learn to support team coordination and daily restaurant procedures
- Help coordinate event operations and serve customers at festivals, private events, and catering functions

What We Are Looking For

Required qualifications

- Availability to work full-time
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant setting
- Positive communication and teamwork skills

Preferred qualifications

- Previous restaurant, kitchen, or food-service experience
- Experience training or supporting other team members
- Interest in developing leadership and operational skills

Previous supervisory experience is not required. We value relevant experience, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work well with others.
