Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, high-performing logistics professional to execute safe, efficient transport operations while proactively supporting market expansion. In this role, you will lead end-to-end delivery execution across active bookings and act as a front-line identifying commercial referral opportunities to drive client acquisition.

This position operates on a flexible, on-demand engagement model, offering total autonomy to accept assignments aligned with your operational availability.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

- Operational Execution: Manage cargo van transit, route planning, and load execution for scheduled commercial deliveries and residential moves across the Greater Toronto Area.
- Asset & Cargo Security: Apply industry-standard cargo securement protocols during loading, transit, and unloading stages to maintain zero-loss standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary client point of contact during live assignments, delivering high-touch service and communicating operational updates to central dispatch.




- Business Development & Growth: Leverage client-facing engagements to identify strategic business leads, driving revenue growth through structured referral incentive programs.
- Compliance & Governance: Uphold all safety standards, provincial transport regulations, and corporate quality assurance metrics.

Required Qualifications & Competencies

- Licensure: Active Ontario Driver’s License appropriate for cargo class vehicles, supported by an acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR).
- Domain Experience: Demonstrated background in commercial cargo van operation, freight handling, and physical load securement.
- Professional Attributes: High accountability, exceptional time management, and a solutions-oriented approach to in office troubleshooting.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills suitable for executive and enterprise-level client interactions.

Engagement Framework & Compensation Structure

- Work Allocation: Assignments are offered dynamically based on real-time client demand; working hours are variable without fixed minimum guarantees.
- Schedule Autonomy: Full discretion to evaluate and accept engagement requests on a project-by-project basis.
- Compensation Model: Competitive billable-hour structure covering active load, transit, and unload duration, complemented by an uncapped performance-based referral bonus scheme.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10.0 per week
