Job Summary

We are seeking a high-energy, Hands-on Manufacturing Production Lead to drive efficiency on our shop floor. In this role, you will lead by example right where the action is. If you are an active, detail-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced, physical manufacturing environment, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Shipping & Receiving: Actively manage inbound and outbound material flows, verify shipments, and organize inventory.
- Equipment Operation: Safely and skillfully operate a stand-up forklift and small power tools; be capable of handling and using power tools safely and effectively.
- Digital Inventory & Logistics: Utilize Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks to track raw materials, log shipments, and manage inventory databases.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Equipment Certification: Proven experience and valid certification operating a stand-up forklift.
- Software Proficiency: Intermediate skills using Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, basic data logging) and QuickBooks (inventory tracking or invoicing transactions).
- Leadership History: Previous experience working as a Lead Hand,



Team Lead, or Supervisor within a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.
- Communication: Ability to speak, read, and write in both French and English.
- Education: High school diploma (DES - Diplôme d’études secondaires).

Physical Requirements

- Active Floor Presence: Ability to stand, walk, and remain highly active on a concrete manufacturing floor for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
- Heavy Lifting: Comfortably and safely lift, push, pull, and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs (approximately 23 kg) on a regular basis.
- Dynamic Movement: Frequent bending, squatting, reaching, twisting, and kneeling to inspect production lines and assist with loading or unloading shipments.
