Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childcare Educator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children. Your primary focus will be supporting their developmental needs through educational activities, social interaction, and personalized care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with children of diverse backgrounds and abilities.

Duties

- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development
- Provide attentive supervision to ensure children's safety at all times
- Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing individualized assistance
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment conducive to learning
- Document children's progress and communicate developmental milestones to parents and team members
- Collaborate with team members to develop curriculum plans and classroom strategies
- Utilize computer skills for record keeping,



lesson planning, and communication purposes
- Uphold all safety protocols and adhere to licensing regulations and organizational policies

Skills

- Experience working with children across various age groups in classroom settings
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and team members
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Leadership qualities to guide children’s activities and support team collaboration
- Writing skills for documentation and
- reporting purposes
- Computer operation skills including familiarity with classroom management software and basic office applications

Pay: $22.25-$28.00 per hour
