About Lifeline Lifeline Fire Protection has protected buildings across the GTA for over 25 years. We are part of the Lifeline Group of Companies and Great Place To Work® Certified, with a dedicated Fire Alarm Division. We're adding a second Service Manager to lead our growing fire alarm service team.

What you'll do

- Run the Fire Alarm service department day to day: scheduling, dispatch and technician performance
- Review and approve CAN/ULC-S536 and S537 reports and deficiency quotes
- Act as the escalation point for key clients, property managers and inspectors
- Track service KPIs: response time, first-visit fixes, report turnaround and revenue
- Hire, train and mentor technicians
- Share leadership of the department with our current Service Manager and lead it in his absence

What you bring

- Current CFAA Technician registration
- 8+ years in fire alarm service, including 3+ years leading a team
- Robust knowledge of CAN/ULC-S536,



S537 and the Ontario Fire Code
- Experience with field service software (e.g., Simpro)
- Strong client communication and organizational skills
- Valid Ontario G licence
