Job Overview

We are currently hiring a motivated and reliable Team Lead to join our client's team in Vaughan. The ideal candidate will have previous team lead or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment and be comfortable working on the production line.

Please note: The successful candidate will complete the first two weeks working on the production line at the General Labour pay rate. After successfully completing the training period, the pay rate will increase to $18–$19 per hour, based on experience, for the Team Lead position.

Responsibilities

- Lead and support team members in daily production or warehouse operations.
- Monitor workflow to ensure productivity, quality, and efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on the production line.
- Ensure workplace safety procedures and company policies are followed.
- Help resolve operational issues and report concerns to management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.




- Assist with training current employees and monitoring their performance.
- Ensure daily production targets and deadlines are met.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Team Lead, Supervisor, or in a similar leadership role.
- Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead a team and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work on the production line during the initial two-week training period.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work the scheduled shift.

Schedule & Compensation

- Location: Vaughan, Ontario
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Pay during training: General Labour rate for the first two weeks.
- Team Lead pay: $18–$19 per hour, based on experience, following the training period.

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
