Career1 is currently hiring Servers for a hospitality client.

As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Learn and maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and available substitutions.
- Make food and beverage recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages in a professional and timely manner.
- Follow up with guests to ensure their dining experience meets expectations.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues courteously and promptly.
- Follow all food handling, health, and safety regulations.
- Process payments and provide accurate change when required.
- Complete accurate end-of-day cash-out procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service area.
- Assist with cleaning duties, inventory counts, restocking supplies, and waste removal as needed.

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of serving experience required.
- Valid ProServe Certificate required.




- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Professional and positive attitude when handling guest concerns.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 10 kg (22 lbs).
- Flexible availability to work day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as required.
