Do you love helping homeowners imagine a completely recent space and then turning that vision into reality?

We’re looking for a driven, creative, and people-focused Kitchen & Closet Interior Design Sales Consultant to join our growing Ontario team.

For more than 25 years, we’ve been transforming homes across North America with beautiful, customizable kitchen cabinet refacing and closet organization solutions.

From stunning kitchen transformations to functional walk-in and reach-in closets, you'll help homeowners create spaces they love.

This is not a traditional retail sales position.

You’ll have the freedom to manage your own territory, meet homeowners in their spaces, create personalized kitchen and closet solutions, build relationships with retail partners, and earn more as your success grows.

You’ll also work with qualified homeowner leads generated through Canada’s largest home improvement retailer allowing you to focus on what you do best: connecting with customers, designing solutions, and closing sales.

What Your Day Could Look Like

No two days are exactly the same.

You might start your morning working from home and following up with clients, spend the afternoon helping a homeowner design their dream kitchen or custom closet, stop by one of our retail partner locations to connect with associates, and finish the day celebrating another successful sale.

Design & Inspire

Meet homeowners in their homes and help them reimagine their spaces.

For kitchens, you'll guide clients through cabinet door styles, colours, finishes, materials, countertops, and design options.

For closets, you'll help homeowners maximize their space with personalized storage and organization solutions for walk-in closets, reach-in closets, and other storage areas.





Your goal is to create a solution that fits each client's home, lifestyle, style, and budget.

Sell & Succeed

Turn qualified consultations into exciting home transformation projects.

You’ll manage your own sales pipeline, build relationships with clients, and have the opportunity to increase your earnings through an uncapped performance-based bonus structure.

Autonomy + Support

This is a hybrid, field-based role where you’ll have the independence to organize your territory and schedule while still having the backing of an experienced sales, installation, and support team.

Who We're Looking For

You don't necessarily need to come from the kitchen or closet industry.

We're looking for someone with the personality, drive,



organization, creativity, and design sense to become exceptional at this role.

You may be a great fit if you:

- Love interior design, kitchens, closets, renovation, décor, or home improvement
- Have approximately sales, design, retail, or customer-facing experience
- Are confident speaking with customers and building relationships
- Enjoy working toward goals and celebrating wins
- Are motivated by performance and earning potential
- Can manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Are organized and comfortable working independently
- Are comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
- Have strong English communication skills
- Have a valid driver's licence and reliable access to a vehicle
- Are comfortable travelling throughout your territory

Experience in kitchen design, closet design, flooring, furniture, home décor, renovation, construction, real estate, retail sales, or other consultative sales environments is an asset.

Location

Hybrid – Home Office + In-Home Client Consultations

Schedule

Full-time, primarily Monday to Friday.

Because we meet homeowners when it works for them, some evening or weekend consultations may occasionally be required.
