JINYA Ramen Bar - Brentwood is seeking an passionate candidate to join our dynamic back of house team.

We are a busy Japanese Ramen restaurant with an expansive ramen and tapa menu located at the heard of the Amazing Brentwood mall in Burnaby BC.

JINYA Ramen Bar Brentwood is located 3 minutes walk from Brentwood skytrain station (30 minutes skytrain from Downtown Vancouver)

Ideal Candidate:

- Communicate clearly in English (Japanese language skill is a bonus)
- Previous line cook experience in a busy restaurant
- Enjoy working in a multicultural team setting
- Able to following instructions and eager to learn
- Physically fit to lift at least 40lb
- You have Food safety level one certificate or willing to get it asap

Your role:

- Making ramen, rice bowl, sushi, japanese tapa
- Preping ingredients
- Making soup
- Dish washing
- Other kitchen tasks assigned by manager
